Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us, we understand that life happens and ask respectfully to be mindful of our time. All cancellation/rescheduling must be done within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment by calling or texting the studio 413-345-5877 (leave a voicemail). Failing to do so you will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of service for lost time and product.
Clients that are more than 15 min late can be asked to reschedule.
No call no shows will not be tolerated and you will be charged 100% of services booked, to book future appointments you will be asked to pay in full before booking any appointments.
Payment Options CASH & VENMO IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. Card transactions are accepted with a small convenience fee
